Together with three other related companies from Greece, Hungary and Ireland, Macedonian Sytrox AD ended up on the US blacklist due to the misuse of commercial espionage software. Department of the US Ministry of Trade added these companies to the black list due to the abuse of the “Predator” malicious software and the threat to the privacy and security of citizens around the world.
